The basics of our warranty
2-year warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act. It covers material and manufacturing defects.
Your options
Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
Activation
The bike's warranty activates the moment it's delivered. The battery's warranty activates the first time it's charged — so wait to charge until first use.
Not covered
Faults or damage caused by improper handling of the product. Report any defect within a "reasonable time" after discovering it.
